8 Things Not To Do While In Barbados
1. Do Not Disturb Turtle Nests:
Instead, report your sighting to the Barbados Turtle Project.
2. Do Not Sun Bathe Topless:
Topless / nude bathing is illegal on Barbados beaches.
3. Do Not Wear Camouflage:
The wearing of any form of camouflage is illegal in Barbados.
4. Do Not Touch Manchineels:
Don’t stand under the trees or touch the fruit; the white sap is a skin irritant.
5. Do Not Do Drugs:
Possession of illegal drugs including marijuana is strictly prohibited.
6. Do Not Light A Beach Fire:
Bonfires on the beach are illegal and are very dangerous.
7. Do Not Drive On The Right On Barbados Roads:
We drive on the left side of the road in Barbados. Most vehicles are right hand drive.
8. Do Not Overdo The Rum:
Go easy while drinking. Barbados Rum punches can be a strong kick if not accustomed too. Always have a designated driver after consuming alcoholic beverages.
